9 Steps to a Trimmer Body

Weight loss and diet seem to be all over the media these days.  In January we are flooded with ads inviting us to join the local health club to help our weight loss and diet plan.  Then as summer rolls around we see ads with young firm women in bikinis selling us the latest diet aid to help us with our weight loss.  Finally here are the essential 9 steps to help your diet and weight loss plan.

Each year in January people flock to the gym to sign up for a new membership to only fall short of there diet and weight loss New Years resolution a few months latter.  Then the next year rolls around and they try again for another successful diet and weight loss plan.  The reasons for most peoples failure with new diet and weight loss plans is more mindset than ability.  Here are 9 steps to take that will lead you to a successful diet and weight loss plan and a trimmer healthier body in less time than it takes to forget about your gym membership.

1. Start with small changes.  Every diet and weight loss change needs to start small.  Start small, if 5 minutes of walking at noon is more than you did yesterday than you are moving in the write direction.  Then each day as you walk think about taking one more step.  Before you know it you will be logging miles.


2. Eat coconut oil.  Research is showing that virgin unrefined coconut oil can aid in diet and weight loss.


3. An apple a day.  Apples are known to stabilize blood sugar and decrease appetite. This will help you stay on your diet and weight loss plan.


4. Avoid fast food.  Fast food is notorious for containing harmful fats, preservatives and chemicals.  When you do eat out choose healthier alternatives like skinless chicken or salads.


5. Take a teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar.  Apple cider vinegar has been shown to eliminate fat cells from the body.  If you take a teaspoon before each meal this can help to reduce fat buildup in your body.


6. Go for the spice.  By adding hot peppers to your diet in the form of salsa, salad garnish and in cooking you will be speeding up your metabolism.  Hot peppers also help your body burn more fat.


7. Eat more greens.  Try adding in one salad a day.  Use olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice as a dressing then sprinkle on spices.


8. Avoid refined foods.  Sugar, enriched products, white flour, white rice, white bread and white flour pastas add no nutritional value to your diet.


9. Stay positive.  If you are focused on loosing weight your subconscious mind will be looking for something heavy.  If you are focused on a thin trim image of yourself you will become a thin trim you.
