In case you missed my story here is the story of how I went from a size 16 to a size 6-8.
After having two children in less than two years my figure was shot. I tried eating less and exercising more but nothing seemed to help. I was always tired and I never seemed to have enough energy. I had resigned myself to my new size and just figured this is what my life was going to be. Then one day I put on the wrong jeans.
That fateful morning I got up early and slipped on my jeans in the dark. I was ecstatic they were too big. I bounced down the stairs to tell my husband that I was finally loosing weight. When I showed him my new slender figured he pointed out I was wearing his pants. That was it. From that moment on I took matters into my own hands. And I lost weight.
Now just a short while later I have gone from a size 16 to a size 6-8. I feel great. I have energy to keep up with my kids, my husband looks at me the way he did before the fat and I love buying new clothes. Now when I wake up in the morning I feel sexy, slender and ready for whatever the day has in store for me.

It may seem crazy to put up a photo that shows me looking a bit frumpy but wow what a difference. I feel so much better now that the extra weight is off and I have energy again. My family loves me the same fat or thin but I feel better about myself.
One of the benefits to loosing weight that I never expected is financial. With my increased confidence I am now shaking hands and looking people in the eye. I also have the courage to seek out new clients. I never figured my bank account would grow while my skirt size shrank.
