There are three cuts that should be made for any weight loss plan to be successful.
First cut the fat. By cutting the fat you should cut the bad fats from your diet. Bad unhealthy fats are processed fats that include hydrogenated fats and polyunsaturated oils. Bad fats are a detriment to any diet and weight loss plan. This type of fat is most likely to add extra weight and slow down your weight loss goals.
Second cut the carbs. You do not necessarily need an extreme low carb diet to be healthy and lose weight. You do need to cut the processed carbs from your diet to have a successful weight loss plan. Processed carbs are low fiber carbs like sugar, fructose, white flour, cornstarch and processed fruit juice. All of these processed carbs will only sabotage your diet and weight loss plan.
Third cut the calories. An extreme low calorie diet may not be your best way to optimum health. If you simply cut out the processed fats and the processed carbs you will be cutting calories. Fill your diet full of natural proteins, fruits and vegetables and you will be on your way to a successful diet and weight loss plan.
