This tells your subconscious mind that you have lost something heavy. Instead begin to say to yourself I am thin. I am healthy. I wear a size 8 and weigh 140 pounds. When your subconscious mind hears the list of I ams’ it will stop looking for weight and begin to see health and vitality.
The second part of a successful weight loss plan is exercise. Exercise is one of those things that sounds great after watching the movie Rocky or seeing yourself in an unflattering photo. However exercise is hard to stay motivated about.
The main reason exercising to lose weight fails as a part of any successful diet is again mental attitude. When you look at exercise as a must to succeed you have already failed. You need to program your mind to see exercise as a means to a healthy and vital body.
